Tea Party July 4

The public is invited to come listen, learn or orate at a "Tea Party," 7 p.m. Saturday at the McCook Fairgrounds, on the southwest side of the ballparks. Participants are encouraged to bring banners and posters.

There will be a picnic immediately following at Cooper Park at 8th & D Sts. Anyone wishing to join in on some social time should pack an old-fashioned family picnic.
