Sughroue, Anderson wedding

Danette Marie Sughroue and Trevor Scott Anderson were united in marriage on Dec. 13, 2008, at the McCook Christian Church in McCook with the Rev. Clark Bates officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Tom and Patricia Smith of Bartley. She is the granddaughter of Don and Jean Sughroue of Cambridge, Edward and Beverly Smith and the late Myrlin and Donna Burton.

The bridegroom is the son of Gregg and Jackie Anderson of Gothenburg. He is the grandson of Wesley and the late Dorris Anderson and the late Chuck and JoAnne Williamson.

Jana Seier of Kearney was the matron of honor and Jill Fahnholz, cousin of the bride, of Omaha was the maid of honor. Jacy Anderson, sister of the bridegroom, of Lincoln and Kyndra Bendickson of Omaha were bridesmaids.

Schuyler Anderson of Gothenburg and Travis Anderson of Lincoln, brothers of the bridegroom, were best men. Brandon Buckley of Gothenburg and Michael Tworek of Lincoln were bridegroomsmen.

Tye Smith, brother of the bride, of Bartley and Adam Warner and Anthony Finke, both of Kearney, were ushers.

Candlelighters were Mandy Schulty of Omaha and Leah Stade and Whitney Schneider of Kearney.

Evie Caldwell of McCook played the piano and accompanied vocialist, Bobbi Greiner of Omaha. Matthew O'Neill of Kearney was also a vocalist and accompanied himself on guitar.

Cori Burton of McCook and Kathleen Webb of Lincoln, aunts of the bride, served as personal attendants.

The guest book attendant was Brittanie Fredrickson of Kearney. The program attendants were Brooke and Breanne Burton, cousins of the bride, of McCook.

A dessert reception and dance followed the ceremony at the Red Willow County Community Building in McCook. Host couples were Dale and Cindy Fahnholz of McCook, uncle and aunt of the bride and Britt and Jo Anderson of Gothenburg, uncle and aunt of the bridegroom.

After a honeymoon in Montego Bay, Jamaica, the couple is making their home in Kearney. The bride is employed at Family Physical Therapy as an occupational therapist, and the bridegroom is an electrician employed at Access Electric.
