Taul, Olson engagement

Kari Taul, formerly of Trenton, and Tracy Olson, formerly of Haigler, both of North Platte announce their engagement and upcoming marriage. Parents of the couple are Jerry and Marilyn Taul, formerly of Trenton, of North Platte, David and Peggy Andersjaska of Haigler and Kenny Olson of Emporia, Kan.

The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of Lakeside Central High School and a 2004 graduate of Colby Community College in Colby, Kan. She is employed with National Car Rental in North Platte.

The prospective bridegroom is a 1998 graduate of Dundy County High School and a 2000 graduate of Midplains Community College in North Platte. He is employed as a parts manager for Nebraska Truck Center in North Platte.

An Aug. 15, 2009, ceremony is planned at the Lincoln County Historical Museum with a reception to follow at the American Legion Hall in North Platte.
