A pair of homebuilt airplanes rest at the McCook Regional Airport while their pilots take a lunch break. The planes are Bushby Mustang II, back, and a Kodiak, front. Summer brings a number of unusual aircraft to McCook as pilots take advantage of a quick turnaround, free courtesy car and low fuel prices.
