Wooddy and Annette Miller

STRATTON - Annette Nicolle Case and Wooddy Shawn Miller were joined in marriage Dec. 27. 2008, at Christian Union Church in Stratton with the Rev. Kevin Fink officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Elmer and Tally Case of Max. She is the granddaughter of Velma Case of Benkelman, the late Wilbur Case and the late Lowell and Prudence Oberg.

The bridegroom is the son of Troy and Sherrie Johnson of Stratton and Mike and Leigh Miller of Scottsbluff. His grandparents include Willamae Johnson of Stratton, the late Bill Johnson, and Peggy Pinzenscham of Bennett, Colo.

Heather Walker, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor and Christina Case, sister of the bride, and Jeri Sunwall were bridesmaids.

Wyatt Carson served as best man. Bridegroomsmen included James Bowron and Jeremy Wyatt.

Ushers were J.J. Johnson, brother of the bridegroom, Lance Wach and Justin Schroden, cousin of the bride. Zoe Carson served as the flower girl.

The bride's father sang "Be Thou My Vision" during the lighting of the unity candle.

Beth, Wendy and Maria Case, cousins of the bride, played piano, violin, and flute respectively. Becky Case, cousin of the bride, lit the candles and Emily Hudson and Kindra Kressin were personal attendants.

An Air Force tradition was kept as the bridegroomsmen and one usher, Lance, all formed an arch with sabers at the conclusion of the ceremony.

A reception was in the fellowship hall of the church following the ceremony. Hosts were Larry and Carla Tidyman.

The bride is working at Reynolds and Reynolds headquarters in Dayton, Ohio and bridegroom is studying at the Air Force Institute of Technology in pursuit of his Master's degree in physics.

After a honeymoon in Glenwood Springs, Colo., the couple has made their home in Fairborn, Ohio.
