Jacey Schultheiss and Katie Fagot led the Knights, scoring 18 points each. Schultheiss grabbed 8 rebounds and added 4 steals. Fagot had 3 assists and 5 steals. Adie Nielsen scored 9 points.
"We played a pretty good basketball game tonight," said coach Brad Dunlap. "We kept the turnovers down and played top-notch defense, creating 18 steals and several other turnovers. We shot the ball efficiently, especially in the second half. Jacey played her best game of the year.
"Katie Fagot ran the show from the point as usual. Kallie Craig and Adie Nielsen played well in the paint. Kenzie Banzhaf played outstanding in the middle of our zone defense, helping hold Shelby Hemmann to three field goals. Brianne Keller passed the ball well tonight. I'm very proud of how hard my kids compete."
Hemman led Amherst with 7 points.
The Eustis-Farnam girls will host Pleasanton Saturday.

AMHERST -- The Eustis-Farnam boys basketball team lost to Amherst Thursday night 58-49.
The Eustis-Farnam boys dropped to 5-2. No stats were available at press time.

North Platte-St. Pat's 48, Hayes Center 32
HAYES CENTER -- North Platte-St. Pat's got 17 points from Candice Shelton and posted a 48-32 victory over Hayes Center on Thursday.
Breanna Wiesler added 11 points for North Platte-St. Pat's, which improved to 4-4.
Shelby Tyan led Hayes Center (0-8) with 10 points.
