Matthew and Jaime Sallman

AMHERST -- Jaime Coolidge and Matthew Sallman, both of Kearney, were united in marriage on June 28, 2008, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Amherst, with the Revs. Bert Mueller and Brad Boyer officiating.

Parents of the couple Don and Betsy Coolidge, of Falls City (formerly of Indianola) Judy Freed of Belleville, Kan., and Gary Sallman of Houston, Texas.

Grandparents of the bride are John and Violet Coolidge of Bayard. Larry and Pat Hobson of Scandia, Kan., and Esther Horting of Clifton, Kan., are grandparents of the bridegroom.

Kelsey Coolidge, sister of bride, of Falls City, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Michelle Foley of Waco, Megan Smith of Beatrice and Tiffiny Leon, sister of the bridegroom, of Topeka, Kan.

Eli Sallman, brother of the bridegroom, of Chapman, Kan., served as best man. Bridegroomsmen were Alan Sallman, brother of the bridegroom, of Houston, Texas, Trenton Colburn, brother of the bridegroom, of Belleville, Kan., and Michael Coolidge, cousin of the bride, of Bayard.

Hailey Begnoche, cousin of the bridegroom, of Clyde, Kan., was the flower girl and Bryson Leon, nephew of the bridegroom, of Topeka, Kan., was the ringbearer.

Candlelighters were Celeste Sallman, niece of the bridegroom, of Houston, Texas, and Justin Shutt, nephew of the bridegroom, of Clifton, Kan.

Ushers were Eric Nelson of Kearney, Tyler Hayes of Bartley, and Brian Millington of Belleville, Kan. Shawn Pfanstiel of McCook was the organist.

A reception was in the Kearney Community Theatre in Kearney. Jackie Holscher, Kearney was the guest book attendant. Host couples were Dan and Michelle Coolidge of Bayard and Gary and Bonnie Hobson of Colony, Kan.

The bride graduated in May 2008 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an accounting emphasis. She is pursuing her Masters of Business Administration and is employed with West Pharmaceutical Services in Kearney.

The bridegroom graduated in May 2008 with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. He is employed with Richard Young Hospital as a Recovery Specialist.

After a honeymoon in Branson, Mo., the couple is making their home in Kearney.
