Nyamal G. Wuol, 19, of Grand Island, pleaded guilty to the Class III A felony charge of third degree assault of an officer. The sentence will run concurrent with a Hall County case in Grand Island, where she was sentenced to 12 to 18 months for criminal mischief and six months in jail for resisting arrest.
In a January incident at the Work Ethic Camp, Wuol allegedly refused to sit in a chair after being removed from a classroom. According to court records, she refused several requests to sit down or be placed in restraints.
When guards approached Wuol to handcuff her, she picked up a plastic chair and threw it at the guards, striking one on the cheek. Wuol was placed in restraints and transferred to another facility.
The incident was documented with surveillance tape at the Work Ethic Camp and Wuol later admitted to law enforcement while incarcerated at the Hitchcock County jail that she threw the chair because she was angry.

Sounds to me like this young lady needs some discipline in her life and perhaps be placed in a regular facility for women since she is technically an adult. Perhaps there she would be taught how to control her temper.
