The bride-to -be is the daughter of Skip and Cheryl Cunningham of McCook. She graduated from McCook High School in 1996, and received an Associate of Arts degree from McCook Community College. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in anthropology from the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho. She was accepted into graduate school at Washington State University in Pullman, Wash., where she completed her Master of Arts degree in anthropology. She is employed as an archaeologist and is Director of Laboratories and Tribal Consultation at Fort Drum Military Installation in Upstate, N.Y.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Brett and Marilyn Goodale of Durango, Colo. He graduated from Durango High School in 1995, and completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at Western State College in Gunnison, Colo., with a double major in anthropology and geology. He later received a Master of Arts degree in anthropology from the University of Montana in Missoula. He has just completed his Doctorate of Anthropology from Washington State University in Pullman. He is employed as a faculty member at Hamilton College in Clinton, N.Y., where he teaches archaeology.
The couple is planning an outdoor wedding on Oct. 11, 2008, in Clinton, N.Y.
