Huff trial set Dec. 2-4

BEAVER CITY -- The trial of a Grant/Holbrook man accused of killing an Arapahoe mother of two little girls will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 2, 3 and 4.

Herchel Huff is charged with killing Kasey Jo Warner as she and her daughter walked on a country road southwest of Arapahoe Oct. 3, 2007.

Huff faces charges of motor vehicle homicide, driving while intoxicated (fourth offense), tampering with a witness, refusal to submit to a chemical test and no proof of insurance.
