Trina Mabile and Charlie McPherson

Trina Mabile and Charlie McPherson of Lincoln announce their engagement and upcoming marriage. Parents of the couple are John and Kathy Mabile of McCook, Micki and Billy Shreve of Gardner, Kan., and Allen McPherson of Columbus.

The couple is employed by the State of Nebraska.

An Aug. 8, 2008, ceremony is planned at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Paincourtville, La., with a reception to follow.

A reception will also be in Lincoln on Aug. 16, 2008, for family and friends that were unable to attend the wedding.
