Parents of the couple are William and Sharon Romans of Durham and David and Bonnie Franke of Herndon.
The bride wore a white satin gown with a long flowing train as she was escorted down the aisle by her father. The dress had a scooped neck and short sleeves. The maid of honor wore a hot pink skirt and white blouse and the bridesmaid wore a bright blue skirt and white blouse.
The bridegroom and his attendants wore black tuxedos. The bridegroom had a purple vest and tie, while the attendants wore hot pink and bright blue vest and ties.
Tracey Cunningham was the maid of honor and Sheri Anderson was a bridesmaid.
David Stevenson served as the best man and Brian Franke, brother of the bride groom, was the groomsman.
Ellen Franke, the bridegroom's niece, was the flower girl and Nicholas McIntire, nephew of the bride was the ring bearer. Brenda Van Horn, sister of the bridegroom was the soloist. Stephanie Romans, sister of the bride, played her trumpet during the lighting of the unity candle. Evelyn Scifres was the pianist and Nila Catron rang the handbells.

Michele Romans, sister of the bride, was at the guest book and Carissa Ash was in charge of the wedding cupcakes.
The ushers were David McEuen and Kevin Crosby. A reception dinner followed the wedding.
The bride graduated from high school at Glasgow, Mo., and received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia. She is a high school math teacher.
The bridegroom graduated from high school at Herndon and received his Bachelor's Degree from Kansas State University in Manhattan. He is a civil engineer in bridge design for the Missouri Department of Transportation.
After a honeymoon in Oahu, Hawaii, the couple will make their home in Jefferson City, Mo.
