Rick and Kim Kramer of Atwood, along with Mike and Lisa Champa of Clearwater, Kan., announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their children, Ricky Kramer and Lindsay Champa.

The prospective bridegroom is a 2004 graduate of Atwood High School and 2006 graduate of Pittsburg State University/Fort Scott Community (Harley-Davidson Technical Training/Associates Arts Degree in Motorcycle Technology). He is employed as a Machinist/Programmer at Southwest Precision Mfg. in Wichita, Kan.

The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of Clearwater High School and 2006 graduate of Emporia State University. She is employed as an EMT at the Via Christi St. Francis Hospital emergency room in Wichita.

The couple will be married Aug.16, 2008, at the St. Peter Catholic Church in Schulte, Kan (Wichita).
