An estimated 400 pool players from all over Western Nebraska will make their way to McCook beginning this weekend for the $30,000 Western Nebraska APA Pool League Team Championships.

The Western Nebraska APA Team Championships are conducted over a period of four weekends with the winning teams advancing to the $1 million APA National Team Events in Las Vegas with expenses paid.

Play kicks off at Kelley Creek Pub this weekend with the $6,700 Masters and Ladies 8-Ball Team Championships.
