Jacob Kent Blackman

Jared and Missy Blackman of Palisade announce the birth of their son, Jacob Kent Blackman on Dec. 29, 2007, at Great Plains Regional Medical Center in North Platte. He weighed 7 pounds, 2-3/4 ounces and was 19-1/4 inches long. He has four siblings, Kenna, 7; Luke, 5; Matthew, 3; and Nathan, 1. His grandparents are Jerry and Tami Vrbas of Palisade and Carson and Jenny Blackman of Roscoe. Great-grandparents are Elaine Peterson of Palisade, Mary Lou Vrbas of Culbertson, Bud Graves and Cena Graves of Ogallala and Dave and Joyce Mickelson of Elk River, Minn.
