IMPERIAL -- Gerald E. Wine, 94, died Thursday (Jan. 3, 2008), at Chase County Community Hospital in Imperial.

He was born May 4, 1913, in rural Chase Couty.

On Oct. 23, 1949, he married Arlene M. Trowbridge.

He was a farmer/rancher in Chase County.

He was a member of the Enders Church of the Brethren in Enders.

Survivors include his children, Arlan G. Wine and wife, Lynetta, Ardeth A. and husband, Don Carlson, Dana S. and husband, Kyle Spady, and Dean E. and wife, Lori Wine; and 10 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, 11 a.m., MST at the Enders Church of the Brethren in Enders with the Rev. Robert Sander officiating.
