Alicia Abbey and Clyde Bell

Mr. and Mrs. John R. Abbey of Winter Park, Fla., announce the engagement of their daughter, Alicia Colleen, to Clyde Elmer Bell III, son of Mr. And Mrs. Clyde E. Bell Jr. of Winter Springs, Fla., formerly of Culbertson.

Clyde is the nephew of Pat and Roger Brown of Culbertson.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Bishop Moore High School, received her AA degree from Florida State University and her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida. She is currently studying for her Masters in Educational Leadership at UCF and is a teacher at Keith Elementary in Winter Springs. The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of Lake Howell High School. He attended the University of Central Florida and is now a police officer for the City of Winter Springs, Fla.

The couple is planning a March 29, 2008, wedding ceremony at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Winter Park , Fla.
