Emily Rose Serrano

Frank and Belinda Serrano of Bird City, Kan., announce the birth of their daughter, Emily Rose Serrano on Oct. 26, 2007, at Citizens Medical Center in Colby, Kan. She weighed 7 pounds and was 18 1/4 inches long. She has a 7 year old brother, Jacob and a 3 year old brother, John. Her grandparents are Dion and Alice Norman of Indianola, Charles and Barbara Merklin and Julia Serrano, all of Bird City.
