Ginamarie and Andrew McCarty

LAKELAND, Fla. --Ginamarie Gloe and Andrew McCarty were united in marriage Aug. 4, 2007, at Medulla Baptist Church in Lakeland, Fla., with the Rev. Frank Derrick officiating.

Parents of the couple are Leonard and Gloria Statum of Winter Haven, Fla., and Chris and Leeann McCarty of McCook.

The bride was escorted to the alter by her mother. Candles were lit on both sides of the altar by the bride's family and the bride and bridegroom in memory of the bride's sister Stacey Lynn Gloe.

Kathy Abbasi of Davenport, Fla., cousin of the bride, was the maid of honor. Sarah Boyd of Jacksonville, Fla., was the bridesmaid.

Tyler McCarty of Omaha, cousin of the bridegroom was the best man and Chris McCarty of McCook, father of the bridegroom, was the bridegroomsman.

Ushers were Jesse White brother of the bride, of Winter Haven, Fla., and Nathan McCarty, Matthew McCarty and Joseph McCarty, brothers of the bridegroom, all of McCook.

The pianist was Amanda McCarty of McCook, sister of the bridegroom and the greeters were Jenny Haynes of Lakeland, Fla., cousin of the bride and Laura McCarty of McCook, sister of the bridegroom.

A reception followed the ceremony at the Florida Baptist Children's Home in Lakeland.

The couple work as traveling technicians for a multi-media assembly company, Camfel Productions, which is based in Irwindale, Calif. The couple honeymooned in Orlando and St. Petersburg, Fla.
