Bison 7th grade spikers 1-2 against Holdrege

The McCook Junior High School seventh grade volleyball team hosted Holdrege on Thursday.

The A teams won 25-10, 25-15. Brooklyn Trew led in serving with 14 points.

"I was very pleased with the effort by the A team. They played together as a team and had great serving," said coach Lori Jumps.

The Bison B team lost 25-12, 25-18. Cathy Edmunson led in serving with 5 points.

"The girls are making good progress, but they did seem flat tonight," Jumps said.

The McCook C team lost 25-16, 25-16. Karli Blank led in serving with 6 points.

"The girls put forth a nice effort, but serving killed us," Jumps said.

The Bison seventh grade volleyball team is on the road to Lexington Thursday for their last match of the season.
