Kacey Raile of Benkelman and Eric Harper of St. Francis, Kan. announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Parents of the couple are Randall and Loretta Raile of Benkelman and George and Debra Harper of St. Francis.

Grandparents of the prospective bridegroom are Demby and Norma Harper of Benkelman and Norvin and Donna Northrup of St. Francis.

The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Dundy County High School with post-secondary education hours at the University of Nebraska-Kearney. She is employed at BWTelcom in Benkelman.

The prospective bridegroom is a 1992 graduate of St. Francis High School and attended Colby Community College and Kansas State University. He is employed at Bartlett Grain in St. Francis.

An Oct. 27, 2007, wedding is planned at an outdoor ceremony at the bridegroom's parents.
