Shawna Marie Roth and Dr. Kevin Ross Michaelis of McCook announce their engagement and upcoming wedding

Parents of the couple are Charles Jordan and the late Betty Jordan and Dr. Jerry and Barb Michaelis, all of McCook.

The bride-to-be is a 1994 graduate of McCook Senior High, a 1997 graduate of medical assisting at Southeast Community College in Lincoln. She is employed at Community Hospital.

The prospective bridegroom is a 1997 graduate of McCook Senior High, a 1999 graduate of McCook Community College and a 2003 graduate of Northwestern College of Chiropractic. He works at Michaelis Chiropractic and Laser Clinic.

A September 29, 2007 wedding is planned at the First Congregational ?Church in McCook.
