Keith and Cheryl (Hartman) Moreland will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary. They were married Sept. 2, 1967, in Bird City. Their children are Lori Rios of Burlington, Colo., Dean and Deanna Moreland of Illinois and Jeff and Felicia Moreland of Hugoton, Kan. They have six grandchildren.
