NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Mary Lucille Curry, 85, of Hermitage, Tenn., formerly of Lincoln and Holbrook died Wednesday (June 20, 2007) in Nashville, Tenn.
She was born Dec. 6, 1921, in Stromsburg to Wesley and Mildred (Carlson) Ericson.
She married Warren H. Curry at Stromsburg on Oct. 29, 1943. In 1949, they moved to Holbrook, where he worked in the law and banking field. In 1990, they moved to Lincoln and later to Hermitage.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Holbrook.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Eleanor Peterson and brother-in-law, Elton "Bob" Peterson.
Survivors include her husband, Warren of Hermitage; sons, Doug and Verna Curry of Lincoln and Jim and wife, Amy Curry of Black Hawk, Colo.; daughter, Barbara and husband, Mike Streeter of Old Hickory, Tenn.; brother, Don and wife, Jessie Ericson of Grand Rapids, Minn., and Ken and wife, Dee Ericson of West Des Moines, Iowa; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be Thursday, 11 a.m., at the First Baptist Church in Holbrook with the Revs. Roger Burke and Dale Whitson officiating. A private family inurnment will be at the Holbrook Cemtery.
