NORTH?PLATTE?-- Bobby Dean Williamson, 70, of Herndon died Thursday, (June 21, 2007) at the Great Plains Regional Medical Center in North Platte.

He was born Oct. 23, 1936, in Breckenridge, Mo., to Leo and Agnes (Hollingsworth) Williamson. He attended JC Penny High School in Hamilton, Mo., and served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict.

He worked as a service technician for the gas company in St. Joseph, Mo., for 16 years. He moved to Herndon in 1999 and was a member of the King Hill Masonic Temple.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his daughter, Deana and husband, Loren Crum of St. Joseph; his mother, Agnes Glenn; aunt, Nerma Hudson of St. Joseph; and two grandchildren.

Memorial services were Sunday at the Herndon Senior Center in Herndon.

His body was cremated.

Carpenter Memorial Chapel of North Platte is in charge of arrangements.
