Sayer Trucking of Cambridge rolls down Nelson Street, parade decorations on its flatbed trailer replicating an old-time main street from somewhere in Cambridge's past. The trucking firm's float won first place in the commercial division of the 39th annual Medicine Creek Days parade Saturday morning. Recreating characters from Cambridge's history were cowboy Clayton Sayer, guarding the sheriff's office, and little prairie girl Jenna Ebbers, who perched on a bale in front of "Jones General Store." Other scenes from Cambridge's annual celebration of summer appear on Page 11 inside today's Gazette.
