The family of Dwaune and DeVeta (Collicott) Redfield of Palisade is hosting an open house in honor of the couple's 65th wedding anniversary. They were married June 21, 1942, in Stratton. Their children are Sharlene and Joe Baker of Brighton, Colo., Keith Redfield of Palisade and Kaylene and Dick Luedtke of Columbus. They have seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. The open house will be Saturday, June 23, from 3-6 p.m. with a dance to follow at the Hitchcock County fairgrounds Ag building in Culbertson.
