Kinsey DeBoer of Smithfield and Krae Dutoit of McCook announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Parents of the couple are Byron and Jolene DeBoer of Smithfield, Gary and Robin Reh of McCook and Kurt and Diane Dutoit of Pratt, Kan.

The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Don Brown of McCook and the late Gerry Brown, and Delores Dutoit of Dighton, Kan., and the late Don "Buck" Dutoit.

The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Bertrand High School. She is pursuing a dual endorsement in elementary education and special education at Hastings College.

The prospective bridegroom is a 2003 graduate of McCook High School. He will graduate from Hastings College in May with a degree in business administration and a minor in psychology. He is employed by The Principal Financial Group of Grand Island.

The couple is planning a June 16, 2007, wedding at Westmark Evangelical Free Church in rural Loomis.
