TRENTON -- Sharon Lou Frakes, 61, died Friday (March 23, 2007) at El Dorado Manor Home in Trenton.
She was born July 30, 1945, in Denver, Colo., to Lewis and Dorene (Rucker) Hoschouer. She grew up in Imperial and graduated from Imperial High SChool in 1963. She graduated from McCook Junior College in McCook.
On May 29, 1965, she married Leland Frakes in Imperial. They moved to Lincoln, returing to Trenton in 1975, where they spent the remainder of their married life farming.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lewis Hoschouer.
Survivors include her husband, Leland of Trenton; one daughter, Bobbi Koerperich and husband, Bernard of Selden, Kan.; son, Michael Frakes and wife, Billi of Morland, Kan.; four grandchildren; her mother, Dorene Hoschouer; one sister, Karen Radenslaben and husband, Rich of Lincoln; relatives and friends.
Funeral services were today at 2:30 p.m., at the Congregational Church of Christ in Trenton with Pastor Fay Ann Blaylock officiating. Interment will be in the Cornell Cemetery at Trenton.
