Randi René Maris and Lincoln Sterling Hunter, both of Cordell, Okla., announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Parents of the couple are Joe and René Maris of rural Wauneta and LaVonna Hunter of Cordell, Okla. Grandparents are Harold and Beverly Maris and Loyd and Karen Christner, all of Wauneta and the late Luke and Dorothy Howell. The bride-to-be is employed at Case-International in the bookkeeping and parts department in Clinton, Okla., and the prospective bride groom is a farmer/rancher in Cordell. An April 21, 2007 wedding is being planned for St. Paul's Lutheran Church in rural Wauneta.
