Jeff and Kelcy Ruggles of McCook announce the birth of a daughter, Taylor Ashlyn Ruggles. She was born Dec. 19, 2006, at Community Hospital in McCook. She weighed 7 pounds, 2.4 ounces and was 20 inches long. She has older brother, Glenn. Her grandparents are Larry and Nancy Tinkham of Imperial and Rick and Tracy Ruggles of McCook. Great-grandparents are Jerry and Florence Uerling of Indianola.
