Bert and Johnne Maxfield of Oakley, Kan., announce the birth of their daughter, Kylee Morgan, born Dec. 15, 2006, at the Citizens Medical Center in Colby, Kan. She weighed 7 pounds, 14.5 ounces and measured 20.5 inches. She has a 3-year-old sister, Taylor Louise. Grandparents are Jim and Connie Maxfield of Wauneta and Louis and Velinda Jacobs of Sublette, Kan. Great-grandparents are Raymond Maxfield of Wauneta, Louis and Georgena Jacobs of Gorham, Kan., and Earl and Dorothy Wyatt of Bolivar, Mo.
