Injury accident

The passenger side of a car shows the violence involved in an injury accident that happened at 3:42 p.m., Wednesday, on U.S. Highway 83 approximately five miles south of McCook. Jeremy Latta of Lebanon, the driver of the car involved in the collision with a Nebraska Department of Roads sand truck-snow plow, was transported from Community Hospital of McCook to Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney, where he is listed in critical condition this morning. A more detailed accident report will be made available later by the Nebraska State Patrol, which investigated the accident with the assistance of the Red Willow County Sheriff's Department.
