Martin Graff Jr., 90, died Tuesday (Jan. 9, 2007) at Bryan LGH East in Lincoln.
He was born Feb. 6, 1916, in Lincoln, to Martin and Marie (Moul) Graff, Sr. He moved with his family to Culbertson where he attended school.
He entered the U.S. Army on Dec. 23, 1942, and served during World War II. He was honorably discharged on Dec. 8, 1945.

He was a member of Memorial United Methodist Church, McCook Elks Lodge and the VFW.

Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Dorothy Graff of McCook; three sons, Stanley M. Graff and wife, Diana of Phoenix, Ariz., Kenneth M. Graff and wife, Kathy of Denver, Colo., and Richard H. Graff and wife, Anita of McCook; one daughter, Verlene K. and husband, Steven Reed of Plano, Texas; two sisters, Katherine Ciochini of Hartford, Conn., and Pauline Munhenkle of Joplin, Mo.; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Monday, 10:30 a.m., at Memorial United Methodist Church in McCook, with the Rev. Dr. Jeff Thurman officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorials may be given in his name.
Visitation will be today until 5 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. -- noon and Sunday 4 -- 8 p.m. Friends may go online at www.carpenterbreland.com to extend condolences.
