Katie and Amos Joseph

LINCOLN--Katie Ann Harr and Amos Einer Joseph of Lincoln were united in marriage on Sept. 29, 2006, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Lincoln, with Msgr. Raymond Hain and Rev. Brendan Kelly officiating.

Parents of the couple are Phil and Donna Harr of McCook and Jerl and Debbie Joseph of Hampton. Grandparents of the couple are Dorothy Robertson of North Platte; Dorothy Burns of Fort Collins, Colo.; Ray and Marie Parsley of Hampton; and Don and Evelyn Klute of Hampton.

The bride was escorted by her father. Kristen Harr of Naples, Fla., sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Julee Jaeger and Sarah Skean of Lincoln, served as bridesmaids.

For something old, the bride wore her Grandmother Robertson's wedding band from 1937, and for something new, she wore a strand of pearls, a wedding gift from the bridegroom.

Braden Johnson of Lincoln served as best man. Bridegroomsmen were Jeff Gustafson of Lincoln and Tyler Joseph of Hampton, brother of the bridegroom.

Ushers were James Harr of Omaha, brother of the bride, and Dan Rempe of Lincoln.

Cheryl Johnson of Lincoln was the organist. Cole Sartore of Lincoln was altar server, and Ellen Sartore of Lincoln was program distributor. The bride's assistants were Faith Gustafson, Sara Pipher, and Ruth Standeven, all of Lincoln. A reception followed at Windsor Stables in Lincoln. Host couple was Jeff and Tina Schmidt of Jefferson City, Mo.

The bride is Studio Manager at Joel Sartore Photography and the bridegroom is a computer programmer with Altell. Following a honeymoon in London, England, the couple lives in Lincoln.
