NCTA Aggies win at home

CURTIS -- The Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture men's basketball team downed the UNK Club team by a score of 88-73 on Monday night at home.

The Aggies found themselves improving their shooting percentages as they hit 37 for 70 shots from the field for 53 percent. All seven players that played got into the scoring column.

But it was the "Nolan Troupe Show" as he lit up the boards for 34 points. Troupe was 15 for 17 from the field for 88 percent and 3 for 4 from the line for 75 percent. In addition he collected 7 rebounds.

Chris Janulewlcz had another one of his top nights as he scored 17 points, collected 14 rebounds, and had 8 assists. Andrew Golka and Chad Kennedy each tossed in 12 points to help the cause.

The UNK team came out strong and led the entire first half but the Aggies cut the lead to 2 points by intermission time. The halftime score was 39-37. During the second half the Aggies pulled away for the win.

The Aggies take a break until Dec. 1 when they host Nebraska Christian College of Omaha at 6 p.m.
