SPRINGFIELD, MO. -- Ruth Alta Lyon, 92, died Monday (Nov. 6, 2006) at Maranatha Village in Springfield, Mo.

She was born Nov. 23, 1913, to Eugene C. and Hazel Rough Lyon.

She worked for many years at the Assembly of God Publishing House in Springfield, Mo. She was a member of the Central Assembly of God Church in Springfield.

She is survived by her sister, Eugene Lyon of McCook, one brother, Stan Lyon of Nevada and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m., on Monday in Memorial Park Cemetery in McCook.

Greenlawn Funeral Home North of Springfield, Mo. is in charge of arrangements.
