Alberta R. Chance

ST. FRANCIS -- Alberta R. Chance, 81, formerly of St. Francis and Trenton, died Wednesday (Nov. 8, 2006) in Greeley, Colo.

She was born May 11, 1925, in St. Francis. She married Ralph Chance and worked as a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph in 1991.

Survivors include her son, Tom Chance of Atwood, one daughter, Linda Glendenning of Greeley, Colo., a sister, Virginia Wickwar of Nixa, Mo., and four grandchildren.

Services will be Saturday 1 p.m., at the United Methodist Church in St. Francis. Burial will follow in the St. Francis Cemetery.

Visitation is today until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Memorials may be given to the church.

Knodel Funeral Home of St. Francis is in charge of arrangements.
