Long anniversary

The family of Elden and Marilou Long is hosting an open house in honor of the couple's 50th wedding anniversary Saturday, Oct. 7, 3-5 p.m., at the Golden Age Center in Oberlin. They married Oct. 6, 1956, in Oberlin. Their children are Greg and Mary Long of Oberlin, Brad and Shanna Long of Norcatur and Linda and Brad Wad of Oberlin. They have five grandchildren.
