Desiree Dawn Morgan and Shawn Michael Wheelbarger announce their engagement and upcoming wedding. Child of the couple is Dominic Michael Wheelbarger.

Parents of the couple are Joni Cook and Joseph Tiller and Donald Wheelbarger and Kelly Brown. Grandparents are Lenore Shephard of Springview, and Marilyn Courange of Herndon.

An Oct. 7, 2006, ceremony is planned.
