The children of Web and Florence Phillips are hosting an open house Sunday, Sept. 3, 2-4 p.m., at First Congregational Church, 212 East E Street in McCook, in honor of the couple's 60th wedding anniversary. They were married Sept. 2, 1946, in North Platte and have lived in McCook all of their married lives. Their children are Karen Evans of McCook and Ron and Karen Phillips of Idaho Falls, Idaho. They have four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Cards of congratulation will reach them at 1008 W. Sixth, McCook, NE 69001.
