Sara Richter and Zac Richards, both of Hayes Center announce their engagement and upcoming wedding. Parents of the couple are Randy and Lana Richter and Barry and Marian Richards all of Hayes Center. The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Hayes Center High School and is currently attending the University of Kearney. The prospective bridegroom is also a 2004 graduate of Hayes Center High School and is attending the University of Kearney. An Aug. 11, 2006 ceremony is planned at the Methodist Church in McCook.
