Brianne Schaffert of Culbertson and Adam Bartlett of Denver, Colo., announce their engagement and upcoming wedding. Parents of the couple are Faith and Doug Hyde of McCook, Russell Schaffert of Culbertson and Sam and Eileen Bartlett of Castle Rock, Colo. The bride-to-be is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is employed by OppenheimerFunds in Denver. The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of the University of Arizona and is employed by Charles Schwab of Denver. A Sept. 16, 2006, ceremony is planned in Castle Rock.
