Angela Finnesy of McCook and Christopher Sovereign of Battle Creek, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding. Parents of the bride-to-be are Mike and Sue Finnesy. The prospective bridegroom's parents are Dale and Sue Sovereign of Battle Creek. The bride-to-be is a 2001 graduate of McCook High School, a 2003 graduate of McCook Community College and is attending BryanLGH College of Health Science, studying invasive cardiovascular technology. She is employed at Bryan LGH in Lincoln. The prospective bridegroom is a 2002 graduate of Battle Creek High School and a 2004 graduate of Southeast Community College where he earned an ASEP degree. He is employed by the Husker Auto Group in Lincoln. An Aug. 26, 2006, ceremony is planned at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Lincoln.
