Koenig birth

Carl and Jill Koenig of McCook announce the birth of ta daughter, Rebecca Rose Koenig on May 26, 2006 at Community Hospital in McCook. She weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long. Her grandparents are Ben and Ginny Bortner of McCook and Tom and Laura Koenig of Chadron. Great-grandparents are Gene and Gernadine Bortner of McCook, Mary Walz of Indianola, Betty Wells of Sturgis, S.D. and Margaret Koenig of Gregory, S.D. Great-great grandmothers are Dorothy Bortner and Helen Schlegel, both of McCook and Laura Grubl of Sturgis, S.D.
