Debra Ridlen and Troy Palser

Dave and Pam Ridlen of Enders, announce the engagement of their daughter,Debra Michelle, to Troy Alan Palser, son of James and Monica Palser of Fort Collins, Colo. The bride-to-be is a 1999 graduate of Chase County High School and attended Chadron State College for a major in Art with an emphasis in two-dimensional art with a minor in marketing. She is an Interior Design Consultant at Ethan Allen in Fort Collins. The prospective bridegroom is a 1999 graduate of Peetz High School in Peetz, Colo. He graduated from Northen Colorado Real Estate School and is an Associate Broker with ReMax Alliance in Loveland, Colo. An Aug. 5, 2006 ceremony with an outdoor country-themed and reception is planned at Enders Lake below the dam.
