Christner, Friesen engagement

Krystle Christner of Hamlet and Josh Friesen of Wallace announce their engagement and upcoming wedding. Parents of the bride-to-be are Wayne and Noreen Christner of Hamlet. The prospective bridegroom's parents are Vern and Carol Friesen of Wallace. The bride-to-be earned an Associate of Science degree from the University of Wyoming in 2005. She is pursuing a master's degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in education. She is employed at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension office. The prospective bridegroom earned a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Wyoming in agroecology. He farms south of Wallace. An Aug. 5, 2006, ceremony is planned at the Wallace United Methodist Church.
