BENKELMAN -- Katie Watt and Scott Lawson were united in marriage Saturday, Sept. 24, 2005, at the Zion Lutheran Church in Benkelman.

Parents of the couple are Rex and Kathy Walgren of Wauneta, the late Charles E. Watt and Steven and Kay Lawson of Exeter.

Candace Dziowgo of Omaha served as maid of honor. Lance Lawson of Omaha, brother of the bridegroom, was the best man.

The bride is a physician assistant at Dundy County Hospital in Benkelman. The bridegroom is employed at Hometown Grocery in Benkelman.

The couple honeymooned in San Francisco, Calif., and will make their home in Benkelman.
