Parents of the couple are Kurt Proud and Dean and Ann Sladek, all of Bartley, and Stacy and Gina Donnoe of Indianola.
Grandparents of the couple are Jerry and Murietta Proud of Bartley, Susan Cafferty of McCook, the late Lonnie Cafferty, the late Steven and Margaret Sladek and the late Lloyd and Mildred Smith.
The bride wore a white satin gown with a halter design that was lightly beaded along the bottom of the paneled skirt. She carried a bouquet of long-stemmed, white calla lilies wrapped with beaded satin.
Trisha Bamesberger of Lincoln served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were sisters of the bride Rebecca Proud and Ryann Proud, both of Bartley, and Jackie Sladek of Bartley, sister of the bridegroom.
Jason Neseth of Ravenna served as best man. Bridegroomsmen were Tim Sladek of Bartley, brother of the bridegroom, Darin Jolly of Lebanon and Nick Teter of Bartley.
The flowergirl was Kailee Allen and Klayton Allen served as ringbearer, both cousins of the bride. Ushers were Robert Proud of Bartley, brother of the bride, Jacob Weyeneth of Oberlin and Russell Kennedy of McCook.
The guestbook attendant was Ashley Moore of Kearney.
Program attendants were Darice Hayes of Bartley and Tracy Hayes of Cambridge, cousins of the bride. Sisters of the bride Alyssa and Miranda Donnoe, both of Holdrege, served as the bell attendants. Music for the ceremony was provided by organist Evie Caldwell of McCook.
A dinner and dance followed the ceremony at the Cambridge Community Building. Hosts were Patrick and Pamela Minary of Indianola, sister and brother-in-law of the bridegroom. Cake and punch servers were Murietta Proud and Mary Hayes, aunts of the bride, both of Bartley, and Lois Frisch of Kokomo, Ind., aunt of the bridegroom.
The bride and bridegroom are 2002 graduated of Twin Valley High School.
The bridegroom received an associate's degree in HVAC from Mid-Plains Community College in North Platte in 2003. He is employed by Hornady Manufacturing in Grand Island.
The bride is employed by Wells Fargo in Grand Island.
The couple is making their home in St. Paul.
