Brennan, Peters wedding

Reed and Tyler Peters
Tyler Brennan and Reed Peters, both of Green River, Wyo., were united in marriage Saturday, Sept. 10, 2005, at Kelley Park in McCook with Deb League officiating.

Parents of the couple are Nolan and Carol Hanes of Trenton and Rod and Marlyn Peters of McCook.

Grandparents of the couple are John Brennan of Stratton, Maurice and Wavalee Couse of McCook and Robert Peters of McCook.

The bride wore a backless halter style gown of white mousseline silk chiffon. The shirred bodice featured a roman empire waist and the knotted straps criss crossed in back with the scarf ties forming streamers to create a flowing train. She carried a bouquet of bordeaux roses and mums made by Mary Brennan, aunt of the bride.

Amber Brown of Hastings served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Megan Brennan, sister of the bride, of Trenton, Jamie Gall of Green River, Lensey Neely of Ord and Jessie Loghry of Denver, Colo.

The bridesmaids wore strapless bordeaux tea length gowns of chiffon and carried bouquets of champagne colored mums. The bride's personal attendant was Alicia Witt of Culbertson.

Raeth Peters, brother of the bridegroom, of Denver, Colo., served as the best man. Bridegroomsmen were Nathan Witt of Culbertson, Tracy Sandman of Goodland, Kan., Elton Butterfield of Cambridge and Dustin Miller of Hays, Kan.

The bridegroom wore a standard black tuxedo with silver vest and black tie. The bridegroomsmen wore standard black tuxedos with black vests and silver ties. The boutonniere of miniature bordeaux roses, miniature mums and fall leaves were designed by the mother of the bridegroom.

Ushers were Adam Brennan, cousin of the bride, of Cheyenne, Wyo., Kevin Gerih of McCook, Elliot Ferneau of North Platte and Ace Lilienthal of Goodland.

The flower girl, Raegan Wheeler wore a white empire dress accented with a bordeaux ribbon at the empire waist. She carried a basket of white rose petals. The ringbearer was Gavin Peters, son of the couple. He wore a standard black tuxedo matching the bridegroomsmen.

Cousin of the bride, Mackenzie Brennan of McCook served as candlelighter and guestbook attendant. Kendee Couse of Central City, cousin of the bridegroom, served as the program attendant.

David Skinner of Raymond, brother-in-law of the bridegroom, was the music coordinator.

A dinner and dance followed the ceremony at the Community Building. Hosts were David and Tonya Skinner of Raymond, brother-in-law and sister of the bridegroom and Mary Brennan of McCook, aunt of the bride.

Gift attendants were Eili and Melissa Frick of Denver, cousins of the bridegroom. Cake servers were Deborah Rogers of Bartley and Tammy Kerr of McCook, aunts of the bridegroom, and Nicole Rogers of Omaha and Sara Rogers of Indianola, cousins of the bridegroom.

Servers for the dinner were Betty Brennan, Linda Brennan, Cheryl Brennan and Holly Kennedy, all aunts of the bride, and Katie Brennan, cousin of the bride.

The couple is making their home in Green River.
